Alameda Garden Buildings are extremely excited to introduce a new building to our portfolio!
The Alameda is a stunning contemporary garden building fitted with a feature angled roof to give the wow factor to any garden.
Available in three standard sizes starting at 3m x 2.5m, this building is fitted with aluminium french doors and a full height corner window to flood the building with natural light. The windows are joined by an attractive 150 mm x 150 mm air dried oak timber beam. The doors are 1.8 m x 2.1 m and the full height window is 900 mm wide. Frames are available in three colours to achieve your perfect finish.
To ensure usability throughout the year the building is fully insulated to modern standards with a hard board system.
Your building comes pre-wired with spotlights and double sockets as required. In addition five external spotlights are fitted recessed into the external overhanging roofline.
The roof is a choice of Cladco metal sheeting or the EPDM rubber roofing system.
The exterior is constructed from beautiful hand-sawn British Larch or Douglas fir, installed with a shadow gap to compliment the contemporary design.
